Pre-cut pads made from adhesive-backed Super Foam, which is firm, resilient and sticks in place on the skin or inside the shoe. Heel lifts raise the heel slightly to reduce strain on the Achilles tendon and calf; horseshoe-shaped heel spur pads surround the tender spot at the bottom of the heel to take pressure off heel spurs and plantar fascia irritation.
